CaribbeanMart.com TrusPass serves to provide transparency regarding the identity and legitimacy of suppliers in our network. In order to become a TrustPass member, a supplier must first be verified before their membership is approved.

How to become a TrustPass Member

1. Submit TrustPass request.
Prospective TrustPass member must first be a registered member (FREE, Silver or Gold Member). Thereafter, the member can submit a TrustPass member request. Click here for submission link. We charge submission fee, to cover administrative cost.

2. Submit copy of business license or certificate.
You will need to send copy of your scanned business license or certificate of incorporation. Prospective TrustPass member must be a legal entity within the country of their operation. The physical address in the submitted document(s) must correspond to the address in your online membership account with us.

3. Verification process.
Upon payment and receipt of your submitted documents, AND If this company name and address matches (exactly!) your name at CaribbeanMart.com, we will send you a letter by post with a 6-digit verification code. Once you receive this verification code, you can logon into your membership account to enter this code which completes the verification process.
