We use only the finest, freshest ingredients and prepare your meals just like our abuelas (grandmothers) did... with care, attention to detail and plenty of GUSTO! Roberto W. Meireles, Owner and Chef of Gusto Cuban Cafe, arrived at his current profession by literally building himself up from scratch. Roberto's interest in food started back 1967 as a high school student. He worked at a series of restaurants to supplement his income and help pay for college. Roberto brings his skills and knowledge as a chef to the great state of Nebraska and invites all Omahans to experience with Caribbean gusto the tantalizing flavors of Gusto Cuban Cafe.
